PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time takes 7-10 working days to allow for our 100% Raw and Virgin hair to ship internationally to us. Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public/bank holidays.
Please allow 1-2 working days for in-stock orders to be processed and dispatched.
Custom orders could take up to 21 days processing time.
You will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery is available Monday - Friday. it takes 2-4 working days after your purchase. All items are sent via Royal Mail (weekends and bank holidays are NOT classed as working days)
Delivery Cost - £6.50
A signature may be required on receipt.
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday excluding public/bank holidays. It takes 1-3 working days after payment has been made in full.
Delivery cost - £8.99
Deliveries are tracked, you will be notified once your order has been dispatched. A signature is required for express delivery
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International Delivery is available Monday to Friday and orders must be placed before 6pm.
Standard international delivery is 3-17 working days - £21.99
Express International delivery is 2-11 working days - £40.00
Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and. A signature may be required upon receipt.
Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Amabeautyehair is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.
EXTRA DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship orders using Royal Mail & DHL(international delivery). All orders require mandatory processing times. Once you have successfully placed your order, order processing will automatically begin thereafter. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be changed nor modified. Delivery addresses cannot be amended without cancelling and replacing a new order.

Please expect some slight delays as some of our hair originates from South East Asia. This means at times hair may be delayed or take slightly longer to arrive. Please understand this is out of our control.

Please ensure your shipping and billing address are the same. We will not ship the item(s) anywhere else. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and/or order is flagged as a risk. (We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information.) We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Amabeautyehair will not be held liable for items misplaced, lost or damaged by third party.

If you are yet to receive your order, please be patient and refrain from contacting us about the whereabouts of your order until the time frame has passed.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order please email us on amabeautyehair@gmail.com
We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. Amabeautyehair cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
