Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair, cuticles perfectly aligned and it is collected from one donor. It has NOT been chemically altered, steamed or processed to give it it's texture in any way. The term RAW was used to differentiate it from virgin hair.

This is the highest quality in the market, it comes in its natural state, very natural looking and blends very well with your own hair. Raw hair is more expensive due to its high quality, however, it is worth every penny as it can last you over 5 years. It can be reused numerous times without shedding or tangling whilst still maintaining texture when taken proper care of. Raw hair mainly comes in three textures. Straight, wavy and curly. 

What is Virgin Hair?

Virgin hair is human hair that is derived from multiple donors and have been mechanically altered to achieve desired textures such as deep wave, kinky curly, body wave, kinky straight and other textures are achieved. Virgin hair is extremely popular because it is more affordable and you can dye/colour the hair to an extent and treat it as your own. 

AmabeautyeHair's Virgin hair has only been steamed processed to achieve desired textures. It has not been chemically processed.

What is the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Hair?

Raw hair is naturally derived while virgin hair has been processed to achieve different textures. Raw hair has not been altered in any way by steam or chemical treatment. Virgin hair is typically silky, medium to high luster and sourced from multiple donors. Because Raw hair, is cut from a single donor, no two bundles are the same, each bundle may have a distinct appearance and is often low to medium luster. Raw hair are typically harder to maintain than virgin hair but raw hair will respond to elements, manipulation and care just like your own hair would.

It is very important to remember that raw hair is all virgin hair but not all the virgin hair makes for raw hair. This is the main difference between Raw hair and Virgin hair.
